Please press the support button at the ticket office. The support will issue you a new ticket. The fee for issuing a new ticket can be found on the rules board at the entrance of the parking garage.

Will my car be watched in the parking garage?

No, the guarding and safekeeping of the vehicle, its accessories and the objects in the vehicle or brought with it, is expressly not part of our services.

Where can I find the parking conditions and regulations?

What is the maximum validity period of the day ticket?

The ticket is valid until 12 p.m.of the entry day. For only one entry and one exit (for one parking operation).
